Application for Assistance

Cancer treatment is very expensive and bills add up quickly.  A Ride For Hope is here to help.  All donations are given to individuals undergoing treatment in the form of:

• Medical co-pays

• Medical treatment and equipment

• Prescription drug costs

• Living expenses

• Gas cards

• Groceries​

If you, or someone you know, could use financial assistance, click the link below to apply.  All applications are closely reviewed by a committee and individuals will be notified within 30-days on the status of their application. We only accept one (1) application per person, per year.
